"Trokhim Tatarenkov, show presenter: And now, for instance, we have got to know that American leaders, someone, one is this, Blinken and the other is Ostin are coming to Kiev. What would we not strike Kiev, for instance, at this moment? We definitely, we absolutely have everything for this.
Boris Rozhyn: I think this is at least. It is clear, all these talks about the decision-making centers, oh, some… because the decision making center is not in Ukraine. That is, there are no decision-making centers in Ukraine.
Trokhim Tatarenkov, show presenter: And these decision-making centers, they have just arrived in Kiev.
Boris Rozhyn: It is London and Brussels that are centers. That is, the centers are there. But these centers may be bombed only in case of a nuclear war, as everybody understands. Regarding Kiev, I quite agree with the point of view that it is necessary to continue strikes on Kiev. This is not only about the destruction of bridges in Kiev, but also, let's say, periodic strikes on the administrative quarter in Kiev. That is, it would be not so much military but symbolically significant. I mean, again, it shows that this is an action of the regime. I mean, it’s somehow clear that in terms of changing the position of the Kiev regime, it’s not going to lead to anything, because it is not the actor, but it’s controlled from abroad.
So, it's more to show, well, the population of Ukraine, the consequences of this course. That is to say, roughly speaking, something has hit the Verkhovna Rada. That is, it is both material damage and symbolic damage. I mean, again, Russia has military capabilities to do this. So, from my point of view, this is the destruction of fuel infrastructure, transport infrastructure, first of all, from my point of view, railway bridges...
Boris Rozhyn: … regarding this question, but again, this refers to traction power substations, that is, the bridges are still serious, those across the Dnepr, they will not collapse. Or the General Staff has ideas on how to use them. Yes, if they are not blown up. It is clear that the bridge in Dnepropetrovsk was planted explosives, as far as I know, at the end of February. If they understand that they can’t use it, they will blow it up. That it, maybe, there are some plans. But, again, there are bridges in Western Ukraine that may be blown up, that do seriously complicate the situation. If a railway track may be replaced for a day or two, it is much more difficult to restore the destroyed railway bridge.
Moreover, there is always the possibility of additional bridge restoration (ed.: the speaker may mean destruction). One missile may, if we speak about not very big and solid bridges. In terms of symbolism, I think such targets as Verkhovnaya Rada, office of Zelenskiy, SBU building in Vladimirskaya, building of Ministry of Defence, building of the General Staff. That it, these attacks, even not from my point of view, they are useful symbolically, again to raise a morale of own population and to strike the morale of enemy. That is, this means also the destruction of different regional state administrations.
That it, as an administration building with dozens of soldiers of local volkssturm and local military administration was destroyed in Nikolayev. And then that Kim (ed.: Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration) felt somehow very sad after that. And, correspondingly, the same targets are in Chernigov, Sumy."
